Autonom.me Platform - End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Autonom.me application ("App"), platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Autonom.me. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. User-Generated Content Policy

2.1 Content Guidelines

As a Web3 collaboration platform, Autonom.me enables users to create, share and collaborate on content. All user-generated content must comply with the following guidelines:

• No Illegal Content: Content must not violate any local, state, national or international law or regulation
• No Harmful or Dangerous Content: Content that promotes physical harm, self-harm or dangerous activities is strictly prohibited
• No Hate Speech or Discrimination: Content that promotes hatred, violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic
• No Harassment or Bullying: Threatening, harassing or bullying other users is not tolerated
• No Adult or Sexual Content: Pornographic, sexually explicit or suggestive content is prohibited
• No Violence: Graphic violence, gore or content that glorifies violence
• No Spam or Misleading Content: Spam, phishing attempts, malware or deliberately misleading information
• No Intellectual Property Violations: Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights

2.2 Content Moderation

Autonom.me implements the following moderation measures:

• User reporting mechanisms for flagging inappropriate content
• Human review team for reported content
• Immediate removal of content that violates our guidelines
• Account suspension or termination for violations

2.3 Reporting Mechanisms

Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior through:

• In-app reporting buttons on all user-generated content
• Direct reporting to our moderation team via the app
• Email reports to: contact@autonom.me

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and immediate action is taken for severe violations.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Sharing accounts is prohibited

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Autonom.me to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable or impair the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
• Use automated systems or bots without explicit permission
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Engage in cryptocurrency fraud or manipulation
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation without authorization
• Distribute malware, viruses or malicious code

5. Hardware Integration (Alvin)

When using Alvin hardware integration features:

• You are responsible for the safe operation of connected hardware
• You must comply with all hardware manufacturer guidelines
• You assume all risks associated with remote hardware operation
• Autonom.me is not liable for hardware damage or malfunction
• You must ensure connected devices are used legally and safely

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Platform Rights

Autonom.me and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Autonom.me and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content Rights

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant Autonom.me a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Services.

6.3 Open Source Components

Certain components of Autonom.me may be open source. These components are subject to their respective open source licenses.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Autonom.me is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://privacy.autonom.me. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

8.1 Immediate Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account without prior notice for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Posting objectionable content
• Abusive behavior toward other users
• Illegal activities
• Any action that harms the platform or its users

8.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Content stored on the blockchain may remain immutable.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTONOM.ME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9.3 Blockchain Risks

You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with blockchain technology, including but not limited to:

• Irreversibility of transactions
• Volatility of cryptocurrency values
• Technical vulnerabilities
• Regulatory uncertainties

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Autonom.me and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the app. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Autonom.me concerning the use of the Services.
